The rooms were very good. Clean and comfortable. Liked the pool area. It was great to have an adult only area.

Wysiwyg -- not true. Everything was extra! Incl. Breakfast which worked out at $20. per person per day when including taxes!! Too much. There was no transport into town. It would be a good idea if the hotels got together and provided a shuttle bus back and forth between the shopping districts and the main town at a minimum cost. They would get lots of takers.

It offers awesome, favourable location.

Its position fairly close to Naples downtown and the fabulous beachfront location. Live music by the beach bar at sunset was magic.

apart from breakfast the dining facilites were poor.The only restaurant oen in the evening was HBs on the Gulf and the menu was very limited.

Very relaxed atmosphere very helpful staff and perfect setting.

Had delightful stay in February 2015 when the temperatures were down to 37 with cordial staff and favourable location by the ocean. The room was fairly quiet and bright with a perfect view especially at sunset. The exceptionally comfortable bed.

alarm went off in the middle of the night - the front desk did not answer the phone for 25 minutes and to top this of the security did not answer the telephone ether. The Food was not good, or cold.

This was our 7th stay at the Naples Beach Hotel & Golf Club and the standard of service was as good as ever. This may not be the most luxurious hotel in Naples but it is definitely the best for location and service.

Honestly the service was terrible the first day they forgot to make up our room the second day they showed up around to make my room, the room service on first we ordered breakfast in our room forgot part of the order said they would return quick took 1:30 to return then they give you a good rate but charge for every single item, on check out the billing was totally wrong still waiting for credits.

Great beach access and spacious rooms, but no fresh wine at HB's was disappointing.

I checked in very late due to delayed flights and other travel troubles. The front desk reception was surly and when I got to the room and found the lights and AC didn't work, the response from maintence and/or the front desk was nasty, dismissive and unhelpful. It was 4am at that point and I was too exhausted to fight anymore so went to sleep in the heat, humidity and dark.

Friendliness of staff, unpretentious atmosphere, Tiki Bar, Lobby Bar. Hotel cleaniness, easy to getting around (not too big). Love the two new pools. The spa and golf course are terrific.

Bar area at new pools has sterile environment (unlike Tiki Bar at old pool area). Flys are a problem at pool areas. Old pool area could use renovating (pool and pool deck).
